À la carte Chef – Summer Season (May–September)

Job description:

For our client, a seaside holiday resort with cottages in Pogorzelica (zachodniopomorskie voivodeship) we are looking for:

• 2 À la carte Chef for summer season (May-September).

Your responsibilities in this position will be:

• preparing dishes in accordance with designated recipes,
• taking care of the appropriate aesthetics of dishes,
• maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace,
• teamwork.

Requirements:

• experience working as a cook - minimum 2 years,
• knowledge of European cuisine and plating techniques,
• English language - communicative level,
• strict adherence to the recipe,
• ability to perform independently,
• availability and willingness to work,
• ability to work in a team,
• responsibility and meticulousness in performing tasks,
• sanitary results (don't worry - we will help you to obtain it).
