Cook (Asian cuisine / sushi)

Job description:

For our client, renowned Asian restaurant in Białystok (Podlaskie viovodeship) we are looking for:

• 4 Cook (Asian cuisine / Sushi Master).

Your responsibilities on this position will be:

• Preparing Asian cuisine dishes (including sushi) according to restaurant recipes and standards,
• Daily preparation of ingredients for sushi and Asian dishes (rice, fish, meat, vegetables),
• Creating various types of sushi: maki, nigiri, sashimi, futomaki (if the candidate has experience as a sushi master),
• Ensuring aesthetic presentation of dishes,
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace,
• Following hygiene and health & safety regulations,
• Cooperating with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.

Requirements:

• experience working as cook (asian cuisine) or sushi master - at least 1 year,
• precision and consistency in following recipes and presentation standards,
• English language - communicative level,
• ability to work independently under time pressure,
• availability and willingness to work,
• high sense of responsibility and attention to detail,
• responsibility and meticulousness in performing tasks,
• sanitary results (don't worry - we will help you to obtain it).
