Job description:

We are looking for candidates to work as lifeguards in holiday hotels in Cyprus for the 2026 season.
The role involves ensuring the safety of hotel guests at swimming pools (up to 1.6 m deep), including children. Responsibilities include continuous supervision of the pool area, responding to emergency situations, and ensuring that safety rules are followed.
Before starting work, candidates must complete a 4-day lifeguard training course.
If a group of at least 15 candidates is formed, the training will take place in Poland.
Upon completion, candidates receive an international lifeguard certificate valid for 2 years.
Training cost: 150 EUR – can be deducted from the first salary.
The cost of flights to and from Cyprus is covered by the employee.
Requirements:
- Ability to swim,
- English language skills at A2/B1 level,
- Responsibility and attentiveness during work,
- Availability for the full season (approx. 7 months),
- No previous lifeguard experience required.
We offer:
- 1,100 EUR net per month,
- free accommodation (shared double rooms),
- free meals – 3 meals per day,
- free airport transfer in Cyprus,
- contract signed directly with the hotel,
- on-site coordinator support,
- 7-month contract (April – October / mid-November)
- 6 working days per week, 1 day off,
- 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break),
- opportunity to obtain an international lifeguard certificate valid for 2 years.
