Meat Cutter / Butcher (sheep, lamb, mutton)

Job description:

For our client, a meat processing company located in Lesko (Podkarpacie voivodeship), we are looking for 2 Meat Cutters / Butchers.

As a Meat Cutter you will be responsible for:

• slaughter of lambs and mutton – once a week,
• deboning and production of meat products – remaining days,
• maintaining cleanliness of the workstation,
• following hygiene and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• proven experience as a butcher / meat cutter,
• knowledge of butchering knives, saws, and deboning tools,
• English language skills (communicative),
• sanitary results required,
• positive attitude and willingness to work.
