Job description:

For our client, an Asian cuisine restaurant located in Poznań, we are looking for:

• Asian Cuisine Cook (4 vacancies)

You will be working in a professional kitchen specializing in Asian cuisine, preparing dishes from multiple culinary traditions including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese. The kitchen operates on a single daily shift (12:00 – 22:00/23:00 according to schedule).

Your responsibilities will include:

• preparing and cooking Asian dishes according to established recipes and culinary standards,
• operating wok stoves and gas grills,
• ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes,
• maintaining cleanliness and order at your workstation,
• following food safety and hygiene regulations,
• collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

The workplace is located in Poznań city center. Accommodation is available on-site, directly above the restaurant (2–3 person rooms, 250 PLN/month). An English-speaking coordinator will be available to support foreign workers.

Requirements:

• experience in Asian cuisine (at least 2 years),
• knowledge of wok stoves and gas grills,
• English communication skills,
• willingness to work in a dynamic kitchen environment,
• ability to work as part of a team.
