TRAINING –workshops aimed at the development of soft competences
The active form of training makes it possible to open the minds of participants, which influences their individual consideration of the most difficult aspects, exploration of the best solutions, and practical application of acquired knowledge.
A good training programme is conducted by one person who is both a theoretician and practitioner.
The success of a training programme is determined by the following:
professional preparation based on the examination of participants’ needs and expectations
professional conduct based on appropriate methods, many examples and case studies
participants’ development of solutions and proposals of improvements, changes in their attitudes and functioning in the workplace as well as improvements in their companies or organizations
an assessment of the coach and the entire training at the end of the programme
a report prepared by the coach and delivered to the customer’s representative
A good trainer should also possess particular personality traits. They include the following:
openness in communication,
an ability to actively influence participants,
an ability to formulate clear and simple messages.
