Job description:
Our client, a company operating on the market since 2009, is looking for seasonal workers to harvest vegetables in the period from May to December 2024.
Work takes place in a single-shift system - 7 days a week (days off are possible after agreement with the employer)
Harvesting takes place in an airplane system (working in a lying position on a platform).
You are required to have your own work clothes and rain/rubber boots adapted to work in the field in changing weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Physical readiness and willingness to work long hours,
- valid visa - minimum 4 months,
- own work clothes and rain/rubber boots suitable for working in changing weather conditions (the employer only provides work gloves),
- own bedding and dishes and kitchen utensils for use in the accommodation.
We offer:
- employment based on a harvest assistance contract directly with our client,
- hourly rate PLN 20.00/net (PLN 27.70/gross) - cucumber harvest from May,
- hourly rate PLN 20.00-24.00/net (PLN 27.70-33.43 gross) - other vegetables piece work: radish - PLN 0.20/bunch; chives - PLN 0.35/bundle; onion - PLN 0.25/bunch,
- free accommodation in a renovated container Van (rooms for 4-8 people),
- work close to the place of accommodation - no travel,
- possibility to work 250 - 300 hours a month,
- timely payment to your bank account (20th day of the month).
